Roi Elman

RE ARCHITECTS was founded in 2021 by Roi Elman, a licensed architect and Technion graduate (2014), with a vision of combining rigorous planning expertise, creativity, and a sharp entrepreneurial and economic perspective.

As a second-generation architect — the son of architect Moris Elman (1945–2024), who practised in South Africa and at leading Israeli firms — architecture has always been an integral part of my life. After years leading complex projects at some of Israel’s largest architecture practices, I established the studio to offer direct, focused, and uncompromising professional guidance.

The studio specialises in residential design, statutory planning, and urban renewal in Tel Aviv and central Israel. We provide developers with added value from the earliest stages — from planning and economic feasibility analysis, through maximising building rights and navigating planning committees, to leading projects through permitting and construction.
