Part of a statutory urban plan, the project comprises 154 residential units across four buildings. The design aims to create a coherent residential fabric rather than a collection of separate objects, establishing a clear hierarchy between public, semi-public, and private spaces. Particular emphasis is placed on internal connectivity, movement patterns, and the quality of the open spaces between the buildings.
