A 17,000-square-metre rehabilitation centre with ten departments, including a therapeutic pool, rehabilitation wards, complex nursing care, a ventilated-patient department, and a commercial floor, all within a dense and sensitive urban setting. The design combines a complex medical programme with functional clarity, intuitive wayfinding, and a precise separation between public and clinical areas. Natural light, outward views, and non-institutional spaces are central to the project’s restrained architectural language.
