TAMA 38/1 extension — Permit completion stage

A TAMA 38/1 extension to an existing building, adding one and a half storeys. The design builds upon the existing structure and seeks to strengthen it without obscuring its original identity, preserving its proportions, façade continuity, and relationship to the scale of the street. The central challenge was to incorporate a substantial addition while maintaining architectural, functional, and urban balance.
