A demolition-and-reconstruction project in District 4 comprising a new residential building with 21 apartments. The design responds to an established urban scale and the district’s characteristic planning constraints, while integrating naturally into the existing fabric. Particular attention is given to the building’s relationship with the street, restrained façades, and efficient, flexible apartment layouts.
